Cash register rental
Cash register rental – who is it suitable for?
Those who only want to use a cash register for a few days or weeks, for a festival or event. Or those who just want to explore the options to find the best solution for their store or business.
The header of receipts issued by a rented cash register displays the tax details of the operator or, in this case, the renter, rather than those of the service provider (as was previously the case with replacement machines), thus complying with the relevant government decree and NAV regulations on receipt issuance.
The advantage of renting is that you do not have to pay the full price of the machine.
The disadvantage is that after a certain period of time, it is no longer economical to maintain a rented machine, as the operator pays for the machine in installments, and in this case, there is no question of installment payments or leasing.
It is not widely known that at the end of the rental period, the cash register data and forms must be retained by the renter, not the service provider.
Conditions at Cash Metal Service:
During the rental period, there are no other costs besides the rental fee, except in the event that the machine breaks down.
The lessee may return the machine at any time. The remaining rental fee must be paid on a pro rata basis.
During the cash register rental period, only any delivery and service fees need to be paid. The cost of parts will be charged if the cash register breaks down due to the operator's fault (this typically means water damage, but other external physical damage may also occur). The exception to this is the annual inspection, in which case only the current delivery fee must be paid.
